“ Before Narra8ive’s education program was formalised into a fully fleshed out curriculum, tutor panel, etc We began with the realisation that the current job market is rather depressing due to a simple supply:demand imbalance in the Web2 realm. Way too many developers and nearly not enough jobs. This will, and probably has resulted in majority of available jobs not paying well irrespective of the years of experience one may have. We have noticed that job satisfaction is a function of the perceived impact an employee has in the growth trajectory of the company they work in, their happiness level around the people they work with; these two points have a real correlation to over all job satisfaction along with salary component.

Then we found Web3, a completely different world where working from home doesn't lead to friction, where pay is way above average and devs get to work for super exciting companies. The folks who have an entrepreneurial inclination can build out their projects, showcase it hackathon and win thousands of dollars in grants to get the projects off the ground. There was a marked difference in the overall work environments as well, a strong undercurrent of collaboration is a requirement hence devs get to become a ‘part’ of the process instead of being just another cog in the machine. Age, location or number of years of work-experience isn't a factor at all in deciding salary components, “do you have it in you to build with us or not?” is the only proof you need! We found our utopia!

  Narra8ive Internship program can be best understood as a structured internship which gets you an education, makes you participate in building a project and then awards you an internship certificate for it. You’re paying Narra8ive for accessing Narra8ive’s curriculum, the learning management system, access to mentorship and finally access to bounties, jobs and in-house and ecosystem wide hackathons which basically allows you to get your investment back and then some. You’re paying the cost-to-company for running the necessary infrastructure. This is an investment in your education and future career, providing you with skills that go beyond a typical internship. • Is this an internship program or an educational bootcamp because I’m confused?

  It is an internship which consists of an educational bootcamp. There are a few reasons why we have formalised our bootcamp into an internship, with an internship program we get ample time with you to mould you into a blockchain developer, the internship cycle allows for enough time for you to complete your exercises, assignments, projects and get your practice reps in. Web3 as an industry is culturally different from Web2, it honestly surprised us when we got introduced as well. People help people out, companies are a lot more receptive on Solana and in Web3 in general. The cultural shift is such that we have to de-program our schooling and college education perceptions about how the world works. The spirit of collaboration, respectfully debating ideas, and helping your peers is a common theme that follows the educational side and the project building side which affects your overall evaluation as well. Narra8ive social will track and reward good behaviour.

  Secondly when you enter the job market, it is a lot better if you already have an internship certificate and an experience certificate which validates your technical and intellectual aptitude!

• What kind of projects will we work on during the internship?

  We want you guys to engage in projects which have the potential of becoming viable products, something that users may want. You will be working on projects which tend to solve real world problems like decentralised education, ticketing for IRL events, digital identity, utility based NFT projects, decentralised exchanges, etc to name a few.

  The projects will be defined end-to-end with clear responsibilities.

• Can I opt for Narra8ive’s Internship Program along with any other internship?

  If you can dedicate 2 to 4 hours per day on an average given that there’s curriculum videos to watch along with the assignments to complete, we believe managing our internship program along with other internships should not present a problem. The project building phase has a longer window for operation because you’re tasked with building hence it is up to you on how to structure your day and get the job done within the stipulated time frame.

• Are there any prerequisites for joining the internship?

  The only pre-requisite is that you give us your time & dedication.

• Will there be opportunities for interaction with mentors and other participants?

  Yes of course. Narra8ive Social is you place to interact with your peers, mentors, acquire users for your projects, get suggestions/opinions, etc. We’re also introducing a novel doubt submission ticketing system where in you can a post a doubt and a mentor is notified instantly to answer any doubt you may have.

• How will the assessment and certification process be conducted?

  There are a few types of assignments you’ll be required to complete. The first set of assignments are purely research and discussion based. The 2nd set of assignments are coupled with concepts within Rust and Solana development which require you to code. All of your assignment/ project tasks are fed into the system and vetted by our mentors simultaneously. The certification process is very simple, the system is the primary deciding mechanism. The system tracks your progress, looks for submission of required assignments and project build, awards a score and generates your certificate. Human intervention is limited to evaluation of your assignments and task for the certificates to be awarded in an unbiased manner.

• Can I showcase the projects completed during the internship in my portfolio?

  We want to be cognisant of the fact that not every single student can be expected to come with up their own idea for a project and code to completion within a stipulated time frame. Hence, you will be given the responsibility for a set of tasks within a full project. Your contribution in that project can be added in your portfolio. If you so choose to create and submit your own project as a part of your internship, then by all means your project is yours to flaunt!

• What happens if I face technical issues or challenges during the program?

  The system allows you to raise support tickets for technical challenges. We are very cognisant of the possibility of the same and will help you out or make required changes if any swiftly. We are committed to providing a seamless learning and building experience for you.

• How will the payment process work, and is there a refund policy?

  We have 2 payment plans: The first one is an easy EMI options plan which spreads out the total payment over the course of 4 moths. The first payment of ₹2950 gets you a registration and a confirmation of internship for submission in your respective university and the remainder of payment of ₹2950 each will be payable every month. The EMI plan gets you a discount of ₹2950 over the total amount! Second plan is a single payment of ₹8850, no EMIs, straight forward and simple. The second plan gets you a total discount of ₹5900!

  Is there a refund policy: You’re not gonna like this and it might make you uncomfortable as a customer as well, you’re going to think that ‘is this is money grabbing scheme (we call it ‘rug pulling’ in web3 lol). Rather predictably, we have a no refund policy bestie. We have given a lot of thought to our refund policy because we ourselves used to be students once so we understand the discomfort with ‘committing with no way out’, it’s a valid concern. On the other hand as a business we have to very mindful of the sheer operational hassle of processing refunds, people discontinuing midway which can hurt the cost structures, etc to name a few issues that have come to our minds. We’re not fundamentally against processing refunds its just that it can lead to way to many operational issues. We would be happy to personally get on calls with you to explain the internship program and solve any doubts that you may have before the onboarding and even during the program is on. We are every pro-hand holding.

• What career opportunities will be available after completing the internship?

  Web3 has plenty many job verticals because Web3 as an ecosystem is comprised of multiple sectors per se. Sectors:
