The internship is comprised of 2 components:

1. Narra8ive as an organisation incurs heavy costs in deployment of the training phase

2. Project Building and Evaluation

• These components are provided at no additional cost to you.
• The systems supporting these phases is entirely free.

We want you guys to engage in projects which have the potential of becoming viable products, something that users may want. You will be working on projects which tend to solve real world problems like decentralised education, ticketing for IRL events, digital identity, utility based NFT projects, decentralised exchanges, etc to name a few.
The projects will be defined end-to-end with clear responsibilities.

If you can dedicate 2 to 4 hours per day on an average given that there’s curriculum videos to watch along with the assignments to complete, we believe managing our internship along with other internships should not present a problem. The project building phase has a longer window for operation because you’re tasked with building hence it is up to you on how to structure your day and get the job done within the stipulated time frame.

The only pre-requisite is that you give us your time & dedication.

Yes of course. Narra8ive Social is your place to interact with peers, mentors, acquire users for your projects, get suggestions/opinions, etc. We’re also introducing a novel doubt submission ticketing system where in you can a post a doubt and a mentor is notified instantly to answer any doubt you may have.

There are a few types of assignments you’ll be required to complete. The first set of assignments are purely research and discussion based. The 2nd set of assignments are coupled with concepts within Rust and Solana development which require you to code. All of your assignment/ project tasks are fed into the system and vetted by our mentors simultaneously. The certification process is very simple, the system is the primary deciding mechanism. The system tracks your progress, looks for submission of required assignments and project build, awards a score and generates your certificate. Human intervention is limited to evaluation of your assignments and task for the certificates to be awarded in an unbiased manner.

We want to be cognisant of the fact that not every single student can be expected to come with up their own idea for a project and code to completion within a stipulated time frame. Hence, you will be given the responsibility for a set of tasks within a full project. Your contribution in that project can be added in your portfolio. If you choose to create and submit your own project as a part of your internship, then by all means your project is yours to flaunt!

The system allows you to raise support tickets for technical challenges. We are very cognisant of the possibility of the same and will help you out or make required changes if any swiftly. We are committed to providing a seamless work environment for you.

We have 2 payment plans: The first one is an easy EMI options plan which spreads out the total payment over the course of 4 months. The first payment of ₹2950 gets you a registration and a confirmation of internship for submission in your respective university and the remainder of payment of ₹2950/month will have to be paid at end of January, February and March.
Second plan is a single payment of ₹8850, no EMIs, straight forward and simple.

Is there a refund policy: You’re not gonna like this and it might make you uncomfortable as a customer as well, you’re going to think that ‘is this is money grabbing scheme (we call it ‘rug pulling’ in web3 lol). Rather predictably, we have a no refund policy bestie. We have given a lot of thought to our refund policy because we ourselves used to be students once so we understand the discomfort with ‘committing with no way out’, it’s a valid concern. To remedy this you are allowed to cancel at any given time if you have opted for the EMI pricing model, no questions asked. We’re not fundamentally against processing refunds its just that it can lead to way to many operational issues. We would be happy to personally get on calls with you to explain the internship program and solve any doubts that you may have before the onboarding and even during the program is on. We are every pro-hand holding.

Web3 has plenty many job verticals because Web3 as an ecosystem is comprised of multiple sectors per se. Sectors:

Applicants who secure an internship via purchasing the training module will not be eligible for a monthly stipend.

Reason: Internship recipients through the training module purchase are ineligible for a monthly stipend. Our program prioritizes merit-based selection, ensuring fair opportunities for candidates who showcase their abilities during the competitive assessment process. This approach maintains integrity and allocates stipends to those who excel in our rigorous selection.

Incentive program: However, the internship recipients via the training module purchase will be eligible for an “incentives program”. As an intern you will be required to consume our up-skilling module which entails; assignments, practicing code, debating with peers then move on to the project building phase wherein you will be required to work on a live project. We will be allotting weight to desirable behavioural sets, punctuality and quality of submissions, timely submissions in the project building phase, etc. Hence good performance and behaviour will lead to monetary incentives which will be sent over in the evaluation phase.

Please note that securing incentives require excellent behaviour and performance throughout the program and you will only be eligible for the same if the requirement is fulfilled. Majority of incentive evaluation will be done by the LMS itself by way of cataloguing your performance, thereby eliminating the prospect of any sort of partiality or other forms of human intervention. For eg, you help a fellow intern with their code; the system catalogues it and allots weightage to it, thus contributing to your prospect of securing an incentive.

Bounties: Along with the incentive programs we will be opening up opportunities for working on bounties. A single bounty not only pays for the training program but also gives you an ROI. The more bounties you undertake the better time you will have while applying for jobs within the Solana ecosystem as well.

The training module basically pays for itself provided you work hard.
